Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Covers are manufactured to the dimensions and finished thickness of the insert supplied or specified by the customer; where a customer supplies a size designation rather than a measured sheet, the customer is responsible for that designation and dimensional variation arising from trimming, lamination or stock thickness is not a defect. Attachment mechanisms are supplied as specified on the quotation and each has characteristic wear behaviour which is stated before order: corner-slit attachments load the insert at four points and wear the insert at the corners; clear pocket windows exhibit progressive clouding and yellowing, most rapidly in areas subject to repeated wiping; screw posts may be damaged by over-tightening or by use of an unsuitable driver and spare posts are supplied as standard; elastic cord attachments lose tension progressively with cycles and with heat and replacement cords are supplied with the order; riveted attachments are not reloadable. Edge construction is stated on the quotation; heat-sealed and painted edges present a seam into which cleaning agents may penetrate, and delamination arising from repeated application of alcohol-based or quaternary ammonium sanitising agents to a sealed edge is a consequence of the cleaning regime rather than a manufacturing defect, and turned-and-stitched construction is offered and recommended where such a regime is described. Goods are wipe-clean articles only; they are not food-contact articles, are not dishwasher safe, are not suitable for immersion, and no antimicrobial, antibacterial or hygienic performance claim is made. Fold-out covers are quoted by opened width, which is stated before order. Printed inserts are supplied only as a fitting service for covers manufactured by us and are not offered as a standalone menu design or print programme. Minor variation in shade, grain and stitch between production runs is a normal characteristic of the materials used.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
